Day 1

  • Front Squat 1 Rep Max – 300lbs
  • Bench Press 1 Rep Max – 225lbs

Day 2

  • Power Snatch 1 Rep Max- 135lbs
  • 2×500 Max Effort Interval Row (90 Secs Rest) – (1) 1:43.7 (2) 1:54.6

Day 3

  • In 8:00 Mins, find Power Clean 1 Rep Max – 205lbs
  • 2 Min rest
  • 8:00 Min Amrap at 90% of 1 Rep. – Made a Mistake and took too mauch weight off and ended up doing 37 reps @80% (Doh!)

Day 4

  • AQAP – 3 Rounds 25 KBS @ 70lbs and 15 Ring Rows. – 12:54

Day 5

AQAP : 16:57

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees

Day 6

  • High Bar Back Squat 1 Rep Max – 355lbs
  • Clean and Jerk – 195lbs (not to pleased with this)

Day 7

  • Deadlift 1 Rep Max – 315lbs (max was 365lbs January of 2013) –
  • 50 Hand Release Pushups for Time – 2:52

Day 8

  • 5K Row – 21:38.2

Day 9

  • Snatch 1 Rep max – 145lbs. (155 is my max during the seminar but it was an ugly lift)

Day 10 (Last Day)

20Min AMRAP – 4 Full Rounds, 10 Wallballs, 10 Box Jumps, 5 Deadlifts.

  • 10 Wall Balls (20lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 Deadlifts (205lbs) – once again i cannot count the weight. Ended up doing 225lbs.
  • 10 Burpees
